Troubleshooting Guides

Identify your problem and find a solution to the most common questions we've been asked on our machines.

Mounting issues

1) First of all start by checking if the color of the cables are matching the color of the connector on your control box. If this is not the case, make the needed corrections.

2) Now check if the acrylic part on which the cable chain is mounted is at the right distance.

It should be at 400 mm of the front of your machine.

3) Measure the suspicious cables.
Here is a table of the correct length of each cable according to your machine’s size.

  1. First of all let’s put the USB cable of the keypad into the USB port of your control box to charge the device. After 30min, it should be charged enough to reboot your control box and try again.

  2. If the keypad stays silent, open the Bluetooth menu to see if the Raspberry is detecting it.

    1. If it does and it is connected, it should work. Please contact your reseller.

    2. If it does but it is not connected, click on the device to connect it.

    3. If the keypad is on, is charged but the Raspberry can’t find it, please contact your reseller.

Reboot your Raspberry Pi.

If after rebooting your Raspberry Pi the problem is still present, please contact your local reseller.

Have a look at the back of your control box and check if the Estop cable is plugged in the correct connector.

If everything is plugged correctly, make sure the button is unlocked and click on   on your screen.
